Frequently Asked Questions About Billing and Recharging
How does billing work? Is there a monthly fee?+
Pay-as-you-go, no monthly fee. After recharging, you are charged based on actual usage. Different interfaces have different unit prices. You can estimate the cost via the estimate endpoint before calling. Pay for what you use, no charge when not in use. Suitable for teams and individuals with variable usage frequency who don't want to be tied to a monthly fee.
Does the balance expire?+
The balance is valid for a long time and will not expire or be cleared. After recharging, you can use it until the balance is used up. We suggest recharging reasonably according to your actual usage.
Can I get a refund?+
In principle, recharged amounts are non-refundable. However, in cases of service failure or major usage issues, you can contact customer service for negotiation. We suggest starting with a small recharge to try it out, and then recharging according to usage after confirming it meets your needs.
How are API and MCP charged?+
API and MCP are billed based on public billing standards and the type and quantity of interfaces actually called. Before each call, you can use dryRun or estimate to estimate the cost, and the formal response will also contain billing details. You can create API Keys in the personal settings page and set a limit for each Key to control spending.
How is GSC data charged?+
GSC authorized data and diagnostics are charged at a fixed rate per call. The actual unit price will be automatically synchronized to the price table above according to backend pricing management. Users need to first connect their own GSC account on the profile page and check the corresponding interfaces in the API Key permissions. Before making a formal call, it is still recommended to check the cost estimate and the returned billing details.

GA4 authorized data and diagnostics are charged at a fixed rate per call. The actual unit price will be automatically synchronized to the price table above according to backend pricing management. What payment methods are supported?+
Currently, WeChat Pay and Alipay are supported. Enterprise users can apply for corporate bank transfer and invoice issuance. The specific payment methods are subject to what is shown on the recharge page.
